Surat Terbuka Untuk BlackBerry

Perkenalkan Saya M. Ali Muakhor, Saya adalah pengguna aplikasi BBM untuk keperluan pribadi maupun untuk keperluan bisnis dalam hal ini on line shop toko mainan. Khusus untuk online shop Sistem pemasaran yang saya gunakan adalah dengan menggunakan webiste dan social media dimana dalam website dan social media saya cantumkan pin BBM. Untuk diketahui segmen jualan saya kebanyakan adalah anak muda usia sekolah dan kuliah. 

Sudah umum diketahui perilaku pengguna BBM di Indonesia terutama anak muda sedikit unik bila dibandingkan dengan penggunaan aplikasi chat lainnya, dalam hal ini adalah fitur Broadcast Message (BC) saya ambil contoh di sini adalah aplikasi WhatsApp meskipun sama-sama memiliki fitur BC namun hampir tidak pernah saya mendapat pesan BC semasif BC di fitur BBM. Fitur BC di BBM ini sering digunakan untuk hal-hal yang menurut saya sangat menganggu yaitu untuk melakukan promosi Pin BB, BC hal yang tidak perlu seperti berita hoax dan masih banyak jenis lainnya.  

Berbagai cara mulai dari memberikan pengertian kepada pengirim BC sudah sering saya lakukan namun usaha ini sia-sia. Solusi lainnya Saya mengajukan keluhan melalui media Twitter di @BlackBerryBantu, namun usaha ini juga tidak berhasil. (keluhan saya melalui twitter saya lampirkan dalam gambar)

Melalui surat terbuka ini Saya hanya meminta kepada pihak BlackBerry untuk menambahkan fitur blok BC. Dengan fitur ini Saya dan mungkin para on line Shop lainnya yang mengalami keluhan yang sama akan sedikit terbantu. Barangkali BBM perlu meniru aplikasi LINE yang juga sudah memberikan memberikan fitur blok untuk Notifikasi Games yang juga banyak dikeluhkan oleh penggunanya.

Line memiliki ID dalam bentuk yang cukup beragam mulai dari no handphone, ID dalam bentuk nama dan yang akan kita bahas pada artikel kali ini adalah ID line dalam bentuk URL. 

Apa sebetulnya fungsi URL ID Line ini? jawabnnya sebetulnya untuk kepraktisan orang atau teman atau customer yang ingin menambahkan Anda sebagai teman. Dengan membuka link ini maka orang tidak perlu repot mencari nama ID Line Anda di mesin pencari Line. Hal ini tentu saja akan sangat cocok jika Anda kebetulan menggunakan ID Line dengan ejaan yang cukup sulit.

Oke mari kita mulai saja tutorial membuat URL ID Line. 

Buka Line Anda kemudian pilih menu tambahkan teman atau lihat menu simbol orang dengan tanda +, lihat pada gambar dibawah ini untuk lebih jelasnya. 

Kemudian cari menu Undang pada menu paling pojok kiri sebelah kode QR, lebih detailnya lihat pada gambar dibawah ini

Anda akan diarahkan untuk memilih mengundang teman dengan tiga cara yaitu melalui SMS, Email dan Bagikan, pilih saja menu Email.

Selanjutnya Anda akan terhubung dengan email yang sesuai dengan email Gmail di dalam Android yang Anda miliki. Kontak di email Android akan muncul dengan sendirinya dengan catatan jika Anda memiliki teman di email tersebut, jika tidak memiliki teman sama sekali baiknya tambahkan dulu teman agar dapat melanjutkan proses berikutnya. 

Cukup undang satu saja teman atau keseluruhan teman jika sekalian ingin mengundang menjadi teman Line Anda. 

Proses berikutnya Anda akan diarahkan untuk memilih jenis email yang sudah terinstal di Android Anda, disini saya memilih email Gmail. Lihat contoh pada gambar dibawah ini. 

Secara otomatis setelah menekan menu Gmail maka surat undangan sudah tertulis di menu compose pada email Anda. geser kursor ke bawah dan lihat pada bagian akhir diatas kode QR ada link URL yang merupakan Link URL ID Line milik Anda. Lebih jelasnya lihat pada gambar dibawah ini.

Proses pembutan ID Url Line Anda sudah berhasil. Jika ingin benar-benar mengundang teman dengan email cukup tekan menu Send atau kirim pada email tersebut, namun jika hanya ingin mengetahui URL ID Line milik Anda tidak perlu dikirim. Cukup simpel dan mudah. Akhir kata selamat mencoba.

Cara Menghapus Time Line di LINE

Time line atau yang akrab di kenal dengan update status khusus untuk aplikasi chat LINE memang sedikit unik karena berbeda dengan aplikasi lainnya seperti Facebook, Instagram atau Twitter. Perbedaan disini hanya pada cara menghapusnya saja, bisa dikatakan sedikit agak ribet atau tidak umum. Jika aplikasi lainnya seperti Facebook, Twiiter, IG cukup mudah menemukan tombol delet atau hapus namun tidak untuk aplikasi LINE.

Untuk Anda para pengguna LINE atau mungkin pengguna lama aplikasi LINE yang masih kebinggungan bagaimana cara menghapus update status atau Time Line di LINE simak tutorial lengkapnya berikut ini. Dalam tutorial kali ini kami menggunakan ID line milik On Line Shop yang saya miliki yaitu @tokomainan.

Langkah pertama silahkan masuk ke aplikasi LINE di Android yang Anda miliki. Tekan menu pada ID Line yang Anda miliki. 

Tampilan setelah menekan menu ID Line adalah menu utama pada ID Line yang Anda miliki, lihat pada gambar dibawah ini, pilih saja menu Beranda atau Home. 

Apa saja yang sudah di update dalam Time Line akan ditampilkan dalam menu Beranda, silahkan pilih update atau time line mana yang akan dihapus, saya contohkan pada gambar dibawah ini. kemudian pilih menu Komentar. 

Setelah itu akan muncul menu titik 3 yang berada di samping gambar atau icon Home seperti pada gambar dibawah ini. tekan menu tersebut. 

Selanjutnya akan ada menu pilihan yaitu Edit Pos, Hapus Pos, Bagikan di Time Line, Bagikan di Obrolan. Pilih menu Hapus Pos jika Anda ingin menghapus.

Proses selesai, time line atau update status di LINE sudah terhapus. Proses ini memang sedikit agak ribet bila dibandingkan dengan aplikasi chat lainnya. Akhir kata selamat mencoba.

Cara Menghentikan Notifikasi Games di LINE

Salah satu kekurangan yang dimilki aplikasi chat LINE adalah notifikasi pesan masuk untuk bermain Games. Bagi saya yang menggunakan aplikasi LINE untuk keperluan On line shop dalam sehari bisa mendapat 5  sampai 10 notifikasi, jengkel, marah pastinya karena sanggat menggangu. 

Notifikasi ini hampir sama dengan BC yang dimiliki oleh BBM, bedanya untuk BBM jenis spam lebih banyak mulai dari promosi pin BB, BC ngk jelas. Keluhan dari pengguna LINE ini cepat ditanggapi oleh pengembang aplikasi ini sehingga kini Notifikasi Games dapat di aktifkan sehingga tidak menggangu kenyamanan. Bagaimana dengan BBM, sepertinya Anda para pengguna BBM harus cukup bersabar karena berkali-kali saya meminta untuk menambahkan fitur block BC toh juga tidak ada hasilnya.

Kembali ke topik judul ini, berikut ini adalah cara untuk menghentikan Notifikasi Games yang masuk dalam pesan di LINE. Caranya tidak terlalu susah namun Anda harus mengupdate aplikasi ini ke versi terbaru atau versi  5.5.1. Jika belum maka fitur aktifasi tidak akan dapat di aktifkan. 

Masuk ke aplikasi LINE di Android Anda lalu cari menu Penggaturan atau setting seperti pada gambar dibawah ini. 

Scroll atau geser kebawah temukan menu Pemberitahuan seperti pada gambar dibawah ini. 

Geser lagi ke bawah ada menu Pemberitahuan sampai ke menu paling bawah atau temukan menu Aplikasi Tak Resmi seperti pada gambar dibawah ini. Setting default untuk menu ini adalah ada tanda centang pada kotak sebelah kanan, hilangkan tanda cetang pada kotak tersebut.

Proses selesai untuk pemberitahuan notifikasi. Cara ini mungkin sedikit berbeda dengan video tutorial versi LINE namun efek atau hasilnya sama. Jika Anda masih binggung dapat langsung menanyakan pada kolom komentar atau pada menu Kontak.

Cara Mengatasi Notifikasi Pesan LINE Yang Tidak Berbunyi

LINE termasuk salah satu dari sekian aplikasi chatting yang sudah banyak dikenal di Indonesia. Aplikasi ini banyak digunakan secara personal maupun untuk keperluan Online Shop, saya sendiri menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk keduanya , berkomunkiasi dengan teman sekaligus untuk pemesanan jual beli OL Shop.

Awalnya saya tidak begitu tertarik dengan aplikasi ini, dikarenkan request dari customer saya menginstal aplikasi ini, saya sedikit lupa apakah aplikasi ini sudah terinstal di Android Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 GT-S7270 sejak pertama kali beli atau saya sendiri yang menginstal karena sampai saat ini aplikasi ini tidak bisa saya hapus secara manual.

Seperti halnya BBM aplikasi LINE juga sering mendapat spam dalam bentuk permintaan bermain games Get Rich, hal ini lah yang menyebabkan saya tidak begitu tertarik mengisntal LINE, sehari mengisntal LINE permintaan untuk brmain Get Rich datang bertubi-tubi dan menganggu kenyamanan juga. Namun LINE lebih tanggap dalam menanggapi keluhan customer sehingga dimunculkan fitur untuk menghentikan pesan masuk untuk permainan Get Rich dll. Untuk tutorial cara menghentikan pemberitahuan permainan games (Get Rich) di LINE akan saya bahas pada tutorial berikutnya, kali ini akan saya bahas sesuai dengan judul artikel yaitu pesan masuk di LINE yang tidak muncul notofikasi atau pemberitahuannya.

Seperti sudah saya jelaskan Saya menggunakan Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 yang secara otomatis pada aplikasi LINE pada saat ada pemberitahuan masuk ada notifikasi di Android namun untuk suara notifikasi tidak muncul, otak atik di apliaksi LINE tidak ada masalah semua setngan sudah sesuai namun suara pemberitahuan pesan masuk tidak muncul juga dan ternyata sebabnya simpel, perlu dilakukan ubahan pada sistem di Android.

Caranya adalah sebagai berikut, saya urutkan agar mudah dan simpel, mungkin akan sedikit berbeda dengan tipe Android lainnya namun caranya sama. 

Buka menu pengaturan atau settings pada Android Anda, lalu cai pengaturan lainnya atau temukan menu Manajer aplikasi. Lihat pada gambar dibawah ini.

Langkah berikutnya cari aplikasi LINE kemudian klik pada menu LINE sehingga muncul gambar seperti berikut ini. 

Pada kotak yang bertuliskan Tampilkan Notofifikasi beri tanda centang seperti pada gambar dibawah ini. Proses selesai.

Untuk tampilan menu jika pesan terkirim maka lingkaran pada samping profil akan penuh, sebaliknya jika pesan belum terkirim maka lingkaran tidak sempurna. Untuk menu chat sama seperti menu WhatsApp dimana jika pesan sudah terkirim maka akan ada haris dua dengan warna hijau. 

Aplikasi WhatsMapp sama dengan aplikasi OGWhatsApp dalam hal masa pemakaian yang tidak selama aplikasi resmi WhatsApp namun demikian aplikasi ini selalu update namun tidak melalui Play Store, untuik mendapatkan aplikasi update dapat mengikuti update di blog Kami. Fitur Tersembunyi di BBM Android Versi Terbaru (2.9.0)

Blackberry Messenger versi teranyar atau 2.9.0 memiliki tampilan yang benar-benar berubah bila dibandingkan dengan versi sebelumnya atau 2.8, mulai dari tampilan juga beberapa fitur yang disematkan. Jika dahulu proses menolak pertemanan cukup menekan tombol tolak, kali ini BBM Android disediakan pula fitur yang sama namun dengan tambahan opsi blokir dan penolakan dengan memberitahukan atau tidak memberitahukan kepada yang mengirim undagan pertemanan. lebih jelasnya dapat dilihat dalam gambar dibawah ini. 

Untuk mengedit status BBM sebagaimana saya jelaskan sebelumnya caranya adalah cukup menekan pada tulisan status yang sudah kita buat sebelumnya kemudian akan muncul tombol delete (gambar tong sampah) selanjutnya tekan tombol tersebut. 

Setelah terhapus Anda dapat menulis status atau tidak menulis status, dengan membiarkan begitu saja maka status akan kosong. 

Sementara itu kekurangan yang masih di miliki oleh BBM versi 2.9.0 ini adalah fitur menerima undangan pertemananan dimana jika terlalu lama di biarkan atau tidak di setujui maka proses permintaan pertemanan akan kadaluarsa dan undangan tidak dapat di terima hanya bisa di block atau tolak saja tidak dapat dihapus. 

Sementara kelebihan lain yang dimiliki oleh BBM versi 2.9.0 ini adalah teman di kontak Anda akan mengetahui jenis langganan apa saja yang Anda milik, langganan yang dimaksud disini adalah langganan PIN BBM khusus, Langganan privacy atau langganan tanpa iklan.
