Web Builder is a WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) program used to create web pages. The program generates HTML tags while you point and click on desired functions; you can create a web page without learning HTML.

Instructions:
1. Go offline.
2. Run loader.
3. Wait for autolearning.
4. exit program, rerun loader.
5. Run Keygen, generate a couple of keys.
6. Attempt to Activate, if it says invalid try again
with a few more keys. Roughly 3 times, until it says an error occured
while accessing reg server...
7. Click OK twice.
8. Run loader again. click ok on loader error.
9. Now it's registered.
*tested on several computers (18 trusted testers with win7/win8/win10)
with this method and works..*

11.0 keygen as well..
